DEPOSIT POLICY

WE RESPECT AND VALUE YOUR TIME, AND WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU DO THE SAME FOR OURS.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If you cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you book a project and then later decide that you no longer want your original request and instead would like something different than what the artist agreed to at the time of booking, this will be considered a cancellation and you will lose your deposit unless the artist agrees to the new project.
If you ask to reschedule less than 72 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment at a later date.
